Sometimes when it's just the two of you, it's nice to make it special and share a meal- REALLy share it, by eating from the same platter some of your favorite veggie dishes which can be arranged and combined to look beautifully and taste just heavenly! 
Here are some ideas of what can be included but they are just suggestions- use your own imagination and make a simple, healthy meal into something very memorable  and special! 

Ingredients

  • Roasted Potatoes 
  • Corn on the cob 
  • Cucumber salad 
  • Cooked beet salad 
  • Olives 
  • Grated Carrots 
  • Steamed Broccoli 
  • Soy Mayonaise to garnish 

Preparation

  1. Arrange each vegetable/dish on a platter, top with veggie mayonaise and serve!
