Eating healthy starts at home and if there are little ones, it starts with them. Although in today's world this tends to be seen as a big challenge, my goal is to help you see that eating healthy is not just easier but tastier than you think.

Here you will find recipes that focus on both taste and well-being, as well as resources to support you in achieving nutritional goals for both you and your family.

My story

My passion for preparing delicious and healthy dishes has been an integral part of my experience since I was a teenager.

It´s undeniable that food preparation is related to the principle of generating life and making those around us happy at every stage of our existence, so the greatest motivation that has always led me to venture into the field of plant-based cooking is the immense satisfaction of knowing that in this way I am contributing to the strengthening of the vital forces and the integral well-being of people.

I was born in Ecuador and raised in the United States, traveled the world for several years after college and living in Asia for 3 of them. Then I married a Chilean who took me and welcomed me in his beautiful country where we decided to stay.

For the last 14 years my experience includes working for a lifestyle coaching company; the planning and implementation of the menu for a vegan restaurant as well as for events and business projects; taught practical classes on vegan nutrition at a local university, conducted hundreds of courses and workshops in person and virtually; collaborating with community projects, and sharing as a guest in various media platforms, both in Latin America and in the United States.

Yet in more ways than one, becoming a mother has been the most enriching, compelling, and rewarding experience. Ensuring that my children are fed the purest, healthiest and most nutritious foods possible in a world where cheap, processed and sugary foods are the norm, has been a priority in our home. I believe the only way to lay a solid foundation for their health is to teach them to eat and appreciate whole plant foods, as this will set them up for lifelong good health.

I think that for all of us, the first two years of this decade do not give us a favorable image of how it will end. All kinds of calamities can happen, however knowing how to eat healthy will always be the a most urgent need in our eyes.

It is the most palpable reality of the human being—knowing how to prolong existence in a state of real and profound sensation of physical, mental and spiritual well-being!

My main objective with this platform is to help people achieve that balance, as well as to inspire those who love life and the lives of those close to them, and who want to bring a ray of hope to a broken society devoid of the simple pleasures that  come from sitting at the family table and sharing food blessed by the Creator of all good things.
