In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
Incorporate the two mixtures and add a cup of the blueberries.
Place the mixture in a greased and floured cake pan and put more blueberries on top, pressing them slightly so that they are left with only the upper part exposed.
Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes until when inserting a toothpick in the middle it comes out completely dry.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
