Passion Fruit Cream Tartlet with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed granola or crushed cookies
  • 4 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbs plain vegetable gelatin or agar agar
  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 juice pure concentrated passion fruit or lemon juice

Preparation

  1. First mix:
    1 cup of ground granola or ground sweet cookies.
    4 Tbs of vegetable oil.
    2 Tbs of water.
    Put the mixture on a pie container and flatten well with your hand evenly over the entire surface.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.

 

  1. Separately blend:
    2 Tbs of unflavored vegetable gelatin or agar agar
    3/4 cup of cold water.
  2. Soak in the blender for five minutes until the gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Add 1 cup of hot water and blend.

 

  1. When blending add:
    3/4 cup of raw cashew nuts
    1 pinch of salt
    1/4 cup of honey
    1 tsp of vanilla extract
    1/4 pure concentrated passion fruit juice or lemon juice.
  2. Blend until creamy, and while still blending, add 6-8 ice cubes.
  3. Put this mixture on the previously made pie biscuit and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until it sets completely.
  4. Decorate with fresh fruit, and finish by putting peach jam or another light-colored fruit that has been slightly diluted by heating it, this can be put on with a food brush.
