In a large, hot frying pan, place a small stream of sesame oil and immediately add the Broccoli and mushrooms.
Let these start to cook and once they are slightly cooked, add the onion.
When the broccoli starts to turn bright green, then add the rest of the vegetables and the Asian sauce (To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients together.).
Mix well and let the carrots, bell peppers and snapdragons begin to soften slightly.
Turn off the heat before they overcook.
Serve it over brown rice, and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the vegetables.
