Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup water or plant based milk (soy, almond, coconut, etc)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Put the strawberries and the rest of the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until it has a silky consistency.

  3. Serve immediately.
