Awww the conforting deliciousness of a nice soup, modified for babies. :)
The combination of leeks and pumpkin is a match made in heaven as far as flavor goes, and the creaminess of the potato makes this warm, nutritious soup, sure to become one of baby´s favorites!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 leek
  • 1 cup cubed pumpkin
  • 1/2 potato

Preparation

  1. Cook all the ingredients in a little water inside a covered pot until the potato and the pumpkin are soft. 
  2. Puree the soup with a hand or regular blender. Serve warm.
