2-4 Tbs cane sugar or honey (depending on desired sweetness)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/ 2 cups flour with baking powder
1 cup toasted barley flour
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cocoa or carob powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips or carob chips
4 cups water
Preparation
In a blender, grind the almonds, the chia and the oats until obtaining a flour as ground as possible.
In a container, add the oatmeal mixture with the rest of the dry ingredients, except the choco chips. Add the water last and mix well. To the dough, add the choco or carob chips at the end.
In a very hot and lightly greased pan, put the mixture forming the pancakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and dry.
