Strawberry and Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chia
  • 3-4 Tbs cane sugar or honey

Preparation

  1. In a small pot, place strawberries with water until they begin to soften. 
  2. Add the sugar and chia and mix. 
  3. Let it thicken to the desired consistency, turn off and let cool to serve.
