The first step is to peel the almonds. For this, the almonds should be boiled for 1-2 minutes until the husk "loosens" from the pulp.
Pass the boiled almonds under cold water to cool and thus be able to manipulate the almonds to peel them; the procedure for peeling the almonds is very easy at this point, the shell slides off each almond with a simple “push”.
In a blender place the peeled almonds with a quarter of a liter of water, honey and vanilla.
Blend until very creamy - it will be quite thick, so add the rest of the water little by little.
The milk will have bran, so it must be sifted or passed through a cloth to obtain only the liquid. The bran can be used in some bread or cookie recipes.
Store the milk in a clean, covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
