Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mash the avocados with a fork.
  2. Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces.
  3. Add all the ingredients to the avocados and mix. Serve immediately.
