Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried appricots
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 TBS. finely shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Using a food processor, add the appricots, the raisins and the dates as well as the coconut oil. Process until a smooth paste forms, the smoother the better. 
  2. Roll the dough-like mixture with your hands to form balls. 
  3. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
