Farfalle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package of farfalle (200 grs.)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 400 grs. cherry tomato
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup sliced ​​green olives
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 bunch of chives
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Cook the farfalles in water and salt to taste.

  2. Cut the zucchini very fine.

  3. Grate the carrot.

  4. Finely chop the chives.

  5. Chop the garlic.

  6. Chop the green bell pepper.

  7. Once the farfalles are ready, strain and pass through cold water.

  8. Mix everything in a bowl and dress with olive oil and salt.
