Mix the first 9 ingredients (everything except the breadcrumbs and parsley) until there is a homogeneous mixture and not very thick, but not liquid either (add the water little by little and see consistency).
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the dehydrated parsley.
Steam the cauliflower for only 2-3 minutes, only the exterior should be slightly soft.
Take the pieces of cauliflower and pass them through the mixture of chickpea flour and spices and cover well all over their exterior. Then pass them through the breadcrumbs.
On a tin covered with non-stick paper, place the breaded cauliflower pieces.
Bake them for 25-30 minutes until they are golden and crispy. Serve with your favorite sauce!
