Vitamin Shake

Ingredients

  • A large handful of spinach, washed
  • 1 cup raspberries, strawberries, or some other red fruit
  • 1/2 cup blueberries or other seasonal fruit
  • 25 almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1-2 bananas

Preparation

  1. Put the water with the almonds in the blender. Blend until there is an almond milk, this will be the base of the smoothie.
  2. Add the fruits little by little until smooth.
  3. Lastly add the spinach.
  4. Take immediately to vitalize, vitaminize, mineralize and energize the body for the whole day!
