Banana Sushi

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

Optional Toppings:

  • Choco/Carob chips
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Dried fruit chopped into small pieces
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Chocolate/Carob Sauce
  • Caramel Sauce 

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas, set aside.
  2. Spread the peanut butter evenly on the flour tortillas.
  3. Put one banana in the middle of each tortilla that has the peanut butter spread on it.
  4. Roll the tortilla with the banana inside. 
  5. Spread honey on top of each banana sushi roll, and sprinkle the toppings to your liking on top, so that they can stick to the honey.
  6. Cut the roll into 1 inch pieces, serve with chopsticks.
