Ingredients
- 12 pitted dates
- 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup melted chocolate or carob bar, melted
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt, optional
Preparation
- Make a slit in each date to be able to open them exposing the middle in order to fill them.
- With a small teaspoon, put peanut butter insde each date.
- Using a fork, place each date inside the melted choclate to cover them and place in a wire rack for them to cool and the melted chocolate to harden.
- Sprinkle the dates with coarse salt if desired, and serve.
