Ingredients
                For the Asian Sauce:
	- 1 Tbs grated ginger
 
	- 2 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
 
	- 1 Tbs whole cane sugar or honey
 
	- 1/4 cup soy sauce
 
	- 1 tsp lemon juice
 
For the Stir Fry:
	- Sesame Oil 
 
	- 1 cup broccoli pieces
 
	- 1 medium carrot, chopped into medium strips
 
	- 1 small white onion, chopped into medium feathers
 
	- 1/2 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
 
	- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
 
	- Any other vegetable of your choice 
 
	- Sesame Seeds 
 
             
        
        
        
            
                
            
                Preparation
                
	- In a large, hot frying pan, place a small stream of sesame oil and immediately add the Broccoli and mushrooms.
 
	- Let these start to cook and once they are slightly cooked, add the onion.
 
	- When the broccoli starts to turn bright green, then add the rest of the vegetables and the Asian sauce (To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients together.).
 
	- Mix well and let the carrots, bell peppers and snapdragons begin to soften slightly.
 
	- Turn off the heat before they overcook.
 
	- Serve it over brown rice, and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the vegetables.
