In a container sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the oil and with a fork mix these ingredients until they form small balls in the flour or lumps.
Add the water one tablespoon at a time until the dough forms and ends up having a bread consistency.
Put the dough in the mold; Using your fingers, spread it out to cover the entire surface in an even thickness across the entire pan.
For the filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, put the oil together with the onion and garlic; sauté lightly until the onion begins to crystallize.
Add the finely chopped chard and fry until it begins to cook.
Add a little salt.
In a blender, place the cashew nut, a small clove of garlic, a cup of water, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1 Tbs of lemon juice.
Blend these ingredients for 2-3 minutes or until completely creamy.
On the mold with the dough, place the fried chard, spreading it across the entire surface of the dough.
On top, add the white cashew sauce covering all the chard.
Put the quiche in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it looks solid and the center is cooked.
Serve immediately.
