Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups or a can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 Tbs vanilla essence
- 1 cup fresh fruit such as chopped mango, raspberries, peaches, etc.
Preparation
- Let the coconut milk in the refrigerator for several hours, or overnight.
- Put the coconut milk in a medium bowl, and whisk it by hand because it tends to separate a bit.
- Add chia, vanilla, sugar and mix everything well.
