Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut cream (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup sugar (can be more depending on the taste or sweetness of the pineapple)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks or pineapple juice (fresh pineapple makes it thicker)
- ice (optional)
Preparation
- Put everything in a blender including ice (2-3 ice per person). Blend until it’s very creamy and serve immediately.
- Garnish with pineapple slices and cocktail cherries.
