Vegan Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas, without the liquid
  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup vegetable mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until crushed but not completely, it should be left with a little texture.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. You make the sandwiches with the chickpea paste and lettuce, but you can also put tomato and any other ingredient to your liking.
