Ingredients
                
	- 2 cups of ground oats
- 1/4 cup of flaxseed
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of chickpea flour
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 4 cups of water
 
        
        
        
            
                
            
                Preparation
                
	- Preheat a nonstick skillet. Put all the ingredients in the blender in order and blend until everything is very homogeneous.
- Once everything is blended, and in a mixed container, ladle the mixture into the hot pan forming the pancakes and cook them on both sides until they are golden and crisp.
