Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup soy flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbs panela or cane sugar
- 3 cups water
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until everything is finely ground. The consistency should be neither too thick nor runny.
- Heat a frying pan or griddle. Spread the surface with a little oil and put the dough directly from the blender in circles forming the pancakes. Cook them for 4-5 minutes on each side; it is necessary to wait until bubbles are seen and the top is almost dry to be able to turn it. Serve hot with honey and fresh fruit.
