Flat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F 
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flours and oil. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. Add the salt and stir.
  4. Gradually add the water while mixing and kneading. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
  5. Spread out on a baking tray and cut into pieces.
  6. Put the tray in the oven for 20 min.
  7. Let cool and serve.


 

Optional: Before adding the water you can include a handful of olives or onion. It is really tasty.

Tip: Serve with a favorite spread (Soy Mayonnaise)
