Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Mixed PItted Olives (such as black, green, Kalamata)
- 2 Tablespoons drained capers (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Marinated Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
- Using a food processor, place all the ingredients in the bowl and process slowly until you get the desired consistency.
- Serve with fresh toast.
