Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Mixed PItted Olives (such as black, green, Kalamata)
  • 2 Tablespoons drained capers (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons Marinated Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

 

Preparation

  1. Using a food processor, place all the ingredients in the bowl and process slowly until you get the desired consistency. 
  2. Serve with fresh toast.
