Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup mashed banana (about one ripe banana)
- 6 tablespoons plant based milk or breast milk
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Line a rectangular or square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the oats, the mashed banana and the milk to form a dough.
- Spoon the dough into the lined baking dish and press to end up with a layer of about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until dry to the touch.
- Cut into 2 inch squares, let cool to serve.
