Oatmeal Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana (about one ripe banana) 
  • 6 tablespoons plant based milk or breast milk 

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a rectangular or square baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the oats, the mashed banana and the milk to form a dough. 
  4. Spoon  the dough into the lined baking dish and press to end up with a layer of about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until dry to the touch. 
  6. Cut into 2 inch squares, let cool to serve.
