This version of pancakes is very fun to eat and enjoy especially with children.
Ingredients
1 cup of oatmeal
1/4 cup chickpea flour
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cane sugar or honey
3 tablespoons wheat flour
3 cups of water
Preparation
Blend the oats, almonds and dry flaxseed first to obtain a flour, as fine as possible.
To the same blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend well until you get a light dough.
Using a bottle with a lid with a finite hole (such as ketchup or mustard bottles), or with a spoon, place the mixture in the lightly oiled hot pan, forming the small pancakes.
