Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower grated or “ground” in a food processor
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano powder
- 1/2 tsp basil powder
- 3 Tbs chia
- 9 Tbs hot water
Preparation
- Soak the chia in the water. Set aside.
- In a non-stick pan, put the cauliflower alone and cook it for 3-4 minutes until it releases a little of its moisture and it evaporates.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the cold cauliflower and the chia “egg”.
- Add the salt, the herbs and mix everything to form a dough.
- Spread the dough on wax paper or pastry paper, giving it a round and thin shape approximately 1cm thick.
- Bake for 40 minutes until it starts to brown.
- Take it out of the oven and put tomato sauce, vegetable cheese and any vegetable of preference.
- Return to oven until cheese is melted
- Serve warm.
