If you don't have any or don't like chickpeas, this is an excellent option for an incredibly creamy, hearty, healthy and nutritious dip/spread/hummus to go with any snack or to make delicious sandwiches!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked white beans, without liquid
1 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon dill
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
2-3 cloves garlic
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to obtain the desired smooth and creamy consistency.
