Ingredients
- 1 lb. semi-firm tofu
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 1 medium diced tomato
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- 1./2 tsp turmeric powder or grated natural turmeric
- 1 Tbs oil
Preparation
- In a pan, boil the onion with garlic, until the onion is translucent. Add the tofu and break it up with your hand, a fork, or another utensil.
- Add the salt and turmeric and mix well. Let it start to sweat and add the tomato. Cook for 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
