GF Garbanzo Sausages

These chickpea sausages are more delicious each time.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of chickpeas, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or grape seed oil

Preparation

  1. Grind the chickpeas without water until you get a lump-free paste.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and form a dough.
  3. Place in portions plastic film and form the sausages 'packaging' each one with the plastic, tying the sides as if it were a sweet.
  4. Cook the sausages in a steam bath in a single layer, covering the pan or pot; cook for 20 minutes in batches until firm.
