Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup flour of precooked corn or breadcrumbs
Preparation
- In a frying pan with a Tbs of oil, parboil the onion until it is transparent and has a rich aroma.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind until smooth.
- Form the hamburgers and fry them in a little oil on both sides.
- Serve with rice, salad or the accompaniment of your choice.
