Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 small red onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
Preparation
- Mash the avocados with a fork.
- Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to the avocados and mix. Serve immediately.
