Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave syrup (or any honey)
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
- Process or blend all ingredients except cranberries.
- Add the cranberries at the end and mix.
- In a tray covered with parchment paper, place the dough in equal portions with a spoon and form the cookies with the same spoon or hand.
- Bake cookies for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and bottom.
- Remove from oven, let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool.
