Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Grind the oats (dry) in the blender.
Mix the oatmeal with the flour and salt.
Add the chopped walnuts and carob chips.
In a separate bowl mix the oil, honey and vanilla until well incorporated.
Place the mixture of the liquids in the flours and mix everything until it slightly forms a dough.
Place the dough by spoonfuls in a greased tin.
With your fingers shape the cookies.
Bake them for 15 to 18 minutes.
