Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried appricots
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup pitted dates
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 TBS. finely shredded coconut
Preparation
- Using a food processor, add the appricots, the raisins and the dates as well as the coconut oil. Process until a smooth paste forms, the smoother the better.
- Roll the dough-like mixture with your hands to form balls.
- Roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
