- 1 cup cooked white beans
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 10 pitted green olives
- 10 pitted black olives
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 4 Tbs chopped parsley
- Lemon juice to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Sea salt to taste
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients
