- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 celery stick
- 1/2 white onion
- 1-2 garlic coves
- 1 liter of water
- Salt to taste
- 3 bunches of spinach
Preparation
- In a large pot put all the ingredients, except the spinach, until everything is soft
- Turn off the heat and blend everything together with the raw spinach.
- Serve the soup warm with a little vegetable cream on top.
