Spinach Cream Soup

Ingredients

  •  
  •  
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1-2 garlic coves
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 bunches of spinach

Preparation

  1. In a large pot put all the ingredients, except the spinach, until everything is soft 
  2. Turn off the heat and blend everything together with the raw spinach.
  3. Serve the soup warm with a little vegetable cream on top.
