Ingredients
                
	- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried figs
- 1 cup dried dates
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 Tbs coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup quinoa or puffed amaranth
- Shredded dried coconut
 
        
        
        
            
                
            
                Preparation
                
	- In a food processor place first the almonds and grind until you have a coarse meal.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the shredded coconut and process until a loose dough is formed.
- Press together with your fists to for a dough. 
- Form the balls with your hand and roll them over the dried shredded coconut.
