Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 6 cups water
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 4 Tbs honey
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 2 Tbs flax seeds
Preparation
- Cool the oatmeal in the water. It is recommended to cook quick oats for 20 minutes, and rolled oats for oats; 35 minutes, making it more suitable for digestion.
- 5 minutes before they're finished cooking, add the honey, the flax and the cinnamon.
- When the cooking is finished, then add the raspberries and mix.
- When serving, add the chopped almonds on top.
