Ingredients
- 500g tofu
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp powdered or finely chopped sage
- 1 tsp basil
Preparation
- Crumble the tofu in a deep bowl.
- Add ground walnuts, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, minced garlic, sage, basil and mix to form a dough.
- Form the meatballs in a round shape, and put them in a pan to brown on all sides.
- If you prefer, you can put them in an oiled tin in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until they are cooked.
- Serve with tomato sauce on top or with any sauce to taste.
